Lufthansa said it is planning to overhaul the cabin of its European fleet and introduce a new service concept, starting late 2010. The carrier did not give many details about the project, called "Neue Europa Kabine", just stating it will feature a modified cabin layout, with new seats, and a new in-flight service concept. A spokesman added "it will mean, for sure, more comfort and service in economy-class, as well as strengthening our premium-carrier approach".
